HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE HAND OVER

  • The bottles must be squeezed. The label, cap and ring must be removed

  • Sort the white opaque PET bottles separately from the transparent ones

  • All bags and envelopes must be clean, dry, without any elements, price tags and stickers

  • To clear packaging from the remains of food and fat

DO NOT HAND OVER

  • Unbottled 1 / PET / PET, acid-colored bottles, bottles stained in oil, soft PET, dispensers (f.e. for liquid soap), soap bubble caps, carton packaging for drinks (juice, milk, kefir) according to the Tetra Pak type, shrink envelope (label)

  • 6 / PS / PS:
    Non-foamed polystyrene: fragile packages (containers) from cookies, cakes, salads from the supermarket; from eggs, take out coffee covers, disposable cutlery, etc
    Foamed polystyrene: substrates for meat products, fruits and vegetables, polystyrene and isopink

  • ПП / PP / 5
  • Other types of plastic including 3/PVC/PVC, 7/OTHER and any plastic without marking

  • Foil

  • A packs which marking begins with “C/” or “/” (f.e. C/LDPE,PE/PP) is a mix of plastics

  • Soft packs for mayonnaise, ketchup, etc., tubes for toothpaste, creams, pet food packs

  • Stationery dense folders, curtains for the bathroom, inflatable products such as swimming circles, etc

  • Often packs from frozen convenience foods are almost always with incorrectly marks. That’s why it is advisable not to bring them at all

  • Any “biodegradable” packs with mark D2W, biodegradable or any other designation indicating that the plastic is biodegradable is also not accepted

Wastepaper

IT’S ALLOWED TO HAND OVER:

  • Сorrugated cardboard (it is necessary to collect separately!)
  • Egg trays in the form of a box for 10 pcs
  • Carton
  • Computer paper
  • Books
  • Notebooks and craft
  • Trimming and surrounding paper

IT’S FORBIDDEN TO HAND OVER:

  • Сineboard
  • Wallpaper
  • Paper-based napkins and towels
  • Photo paper, photos
  • Self-copying forms
  • Glossy magazines
  • Thermal paper (cheques, fax paper and etc)
  • Paper bush (from toilet paper, paper towels and etc)
  • Coated paper (cups for drinks, disposable houseware)
  • Fully stained paper (the inner layers of the sheet at the fracture are the same color as the outer)

HOW TO PREPARE:

It’s important to divide paper into two segments: corrugated cardboard and other.
Sorted piles must be tied up with a rope or put into boxes (wastepaper should not be scattered into a thousand pieces during loading / unloading).
Firstly, you need to remove metal objects: staples, springs, etc

Glass and metal

Glass is divided into colors:

  • Clear
  • Brown
  • Green

Glass should be clean and dry and, if possible, without labels and other inclusions

Metal is divided into:

  • iron 40 / FE (tin cans, screw-in covers from glass cans)
  • aluminium 41 / ALU (aluminum beverage cans, spray canisters)

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE HANDOVER

  • Wash/rinse from food/beverages, dry
  • Remove labels from cans
  • To squeeze (if possible)
  • To pierce spray canisters

IT’S PROHIBITED TO HAND OVER:

  • Foil
  • Hard (more than 5 kilograms) and big (more than 1 meter in one dimension)
